"This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The walk to the beach was a breeze. Furniture and beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for what we needed during our stay. The house was the cleanest house we have stayed in since coming to the OBX over the last 10 years, extra kudos there! Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Blueberry Hill is the perfect fit for our family. Our kids are a senior and sophomore in college and a high school freshman. The location is perfect to the beach and to town. Bayberry has been our summer vacation spot for 21 years this summer. Our family owned a house and sold just prior to Covid. We felt right at home in this house it has everything we need. We have become friendly with many of the owners on the street as well as the regulars renters as we come the same week each year. We have already reserved the week of July 4 and if it happens to be available the following week we would consider 2 weeks if it is an option."

"Great setup for our group of 12 family members consisting of 6 adults and 6 grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 20. The combined kitchen, dining & living area along with a front & back deck gave us ample room for gathering. The third floor bedroom had a king size bed with a good mattress. My two sons & their wives found the mattress in their rooms to be in need of replacement & all the grandkids seemed happy with their beds. Bathrooms were great and enjoyed having the washer & dryer even though we believe the hot & cold water lines were hooked up incorrectly. Everyone made good use of the pool & hot tub! It was also so nice to walk down the street a short distance & be right on the beach. Yes we had a wonderful, amazing time. Memories to last a lifetime. Thank you"

"This was the first trip with my children in 23 years and the first with all my grandkids together. We all loved the location. It was perfect for my family. The kids enjoyed the pool so much. The ocean was unbelievably cold and there were a lot of jelly fish so they didn't want to swim in the ocean. The pool was the family hang out. The volleyball net was also a good time for us. I couldn't have been happier. There was plenty of room in the house and perfect size table for a large family. There were 10 of us so it worked great. The views were good too for the location of the house. Twiddy was wonderful to work with. When we first arrived there were a few things missing so I called Twiddy and within an hour they arrived with everything. The home needs some updates like TVs in more of the rooms. The lowest level has a pool table but no chairs around it and there is no TV on the lowest level in the rooms or the pool table room. The internet was horrible. I needed to work but couldn't because the internet was bad and I couldn't use my hotspot from my phone either. The breaker blows when you are using too many things in the kitchen, like the stove, microwave and coffeemaker. That may need looked into. We kept having to reset the breaker. The complaints were not a make or break situation just a suggestion. The home was the PERFECT place for a family vacation. Thank you Twiddy and the homeowner."

"This was the second time we've stayed in this house. It works well for our size group. It seems to need a little TLC in places and several things were either broken or not working when we arrived - oven handle, sliding door handle, smoke alarm hanging by wires, quite a few light bulbs were out and on our last day the dryer quit working. I will say that Twiddy was quick to fix these items. The living room furniture is a little worn and could use replacing. But overall, we like the house and will possibly stay there again."

"The house is just 9 doors down from the beach, so super easy walk. Great air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, the heat index was 109 for us and no issues with the home cooling. There is no shade at the pool so bring a lot of sunscreen. Only wish was outside access from ground to third level, had to cut through the house and had kids napping, brought sound machines and it was fine. We would rent this house again!"
