"The layout is fantastic with all king en suite bedrooms and bunk rooms. The location is perfect—oceanfront in Corolla. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space. The extension of the third floor deck to span the ocean side of the house was a GREAT addition from our first stay here two years ago. The pool is awesome, appreciated the hot tub, the game room, many refrigerators, two dishwashers, two sets of laundry equipment. Cabana service is great. Decor is pleasant. The bench window seat in the great room is a wonderful feature."

"This was our 13th year in OBX with Twiddy and we absolutely loved Victoria. The ouse helped us create the perfect vacation. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom were beautiful and the detached building added a nice touch for privacy. The color scheme and nautical theme felt so beachy! The kitchen was well stocked with two fridges, and two dishwashers which is important for large groups. The extra fridges on each floor, as well as in the detached building, were a bonus. We loved the huge dining room table as it fit all 14 of us comfortably. We opted to heat the pool and it was amazing. I higjly recommend this in the spring when there are collee days. Sadly the fountain pump broke but that was OK. My only feedback would be to leave instructions for the media room and outdoor pool speakers. We had many tech savvy people with us and we couldn't get them to work. Maybe a little manual for the house would be helpful for when we come back next year. 😃 A special thank you to the homeowners for delivering 3 delicious pies. That was a first for us and we all really appreciated the gesture. See you soon OBX."

"The house was great! Sometimes you get a house and it’s missing utensils, pots and pants etc., that was not the case with this home. Really loved the fully loaded kitchen. The downstairs bar icemaker was a nice touch. We brought big YETI coolers but didn’t even use them due to the large refrigerators on all floors. The larger than normal parking area was also a HUGE plus. Folks were able to get in and out without everyone needing to move cars around. The private beach cabana was a great spot to cool off and still get the feeling of being on the beach. The homeowners were also kind enough to deliver freshly baked pies. There seemed to be an outside pool speaker system but it was unclear how to hook up to them. I think another TV near the grill/pool bar area would be a nice future upgrade. I have never had a bad stay in the OBX but this house was truly worth it. Thanks Twiddy & Co for the ease and hospitality!"

"The dune deck was huge to accommodate our entire family. The four bedroom suites in the guest house were perfect for the ones that liked some peace and solitude. We have used your rentals 3x in less than 2 years. We are planning another vacation of course in your massive oceanfront homes. They're the best!"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming vacation home, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, right on the beach. We spent our days soaking up the sun and exploring the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy family dinners. One of the highlights was the outdoor patio/pool area, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening barbecues. Overall, this vacation home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a getaway."

"Fabulous amount of comfy seating throughout -- 3rd floor MBR deck! Great room chairs and sofa! 16 seats at dining room table! Quality workmanship. Ice machine, swim-up "bar" in pool :) volleyball (though no ball was found) and b'ball -- always a hit with our crew! Several coffeemakers in kitchen and Keurig in guest house. Ample refrigerator storage for our meal teams."

"This home was absolutely perfect for our family! Loved that the bunk rooms accommodated so many kids, which helped our family that came with 10 little kids. Also having these guest house rooms allows those who want a little more privacy that option. The four masters on the second floor with ocean view is a great layout. Very spacious top floor for our family to be able to congregate. Loved this house, definitely will be looking to stay again!"

"The very spacious great room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable for large groups. The huge dining table is perfect! Having a private en suite with each bedroom is ideal. I loved that the bedrooms were all kings (maximum comfort). Deck access for each bedroom was lovely. The outdoor spaces are awesome. The home theater was so much fun. Our sons-in-law loved the pool table, and the grandkids had a ball with the pac man game. The set up of the pool with a wading pool depth area for the toddlers set apart made the pool a relaxing time or all."

The house had all of the basic supplies covered and lots of extras like multiple coffee makers, including pod style, blenders, and an extra ice maker near the pool. Speaking of the pool, it features a shallow end for the little ones that is separated by a peninsula for the older kids and adults. So perfect for families with kids of varying ages.w This was our second year at this home. We will come back! ."

"The American Resort was amazing. The home had everything you could want. It was extremely clean and well organized. The outdoor facilities including the pool, bar and seating areas were amazing. We had 4 generations of family together for the week. There was room for everyone to gather together as well as great spaces for everyone when they needed some alone time. We were also greeted by a Twiddy associate who gave us a tour of the house to show us all the bells and whistles including the home theater and the property wide sound system. It is a great property on a beautiful stretch of beach."

"First of all it was a brand new home, which meant little to no problems. The layout of the house and all the amenities were pluses hard to find. A lot of other beach front homes have a long walk to the beach, but not this one! The pool, movie room and all the game areas made our vacation even better. All in all this was by far the best home our family have ever stayed at in the past 20 years."
