Gather the family for an unforgettable vacation with your “Toes In The Water” in Corolla! Located just one lot back from the oceanfront, salty breezes and horizon ocean views are yours to enjoy from the wrap-around decks. Featuring a spacious layout and top amenities, this family friendly vacation home will please your entire family.
On the third floor of the home, the spacious great room is the home’s main gathering place. Relax and catch up with loved ones or watch your favorite show in the living area. The ship’s watch can serve as a great place to sneak away with a good book. Outside, the decks are expansive and allow you the choice to relax in the sunshine or the shade, including a spacious screened porch. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for your entire family, just add groceries. Enjoy meals all together in the dining area nearby. When it’s time to clean up after big family meals, the two dishwashers are a huge help. There is one master bedroom on the top level of the home, which includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. A half bathroom completes the top level.
Four additional master bedrooms can be found on the middle level, each with a private bathroom. There is one additional bedroom on the second floor. Watch your favorite movies in the media room that includes surround sound. A full bathroom can also be found on the second floor. Enjoy access to the expansive covered decks on the second floor, which include plenty of relaxation options.
There are two additional master bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a private bathroom. Play each evening at the pool table or shuffleboard on the ground floor. Stock the wet bar with snacks and drinks so refreshments can be readily available for breaks in play. A cabana half bathroom that connects to the pool area completes the inside of the ground floor.
Outside, the pool area is equipped for spending all day outside. Make a splash in the refreshing private pool or simply lay around in the sunshine. The poolside bar, outdoor kitchen, and numerous seating options offer the opportunity to enjoy meals outside by the pool. At the end of the day, relax and unwind in the hot tub. Other outdoor opportunities for play include a volleyball court and basketball goal. When you’re ready to get your “Toes in the Water” on the beach, the community beach walkway is just a few homes south. Enjoy making treasured vacation memories at this well appointed OBX home!

"Toes in the Water is a delightful beach home! It is so well appointed that you really don't need to bring any beach equipment or general house keeping supplies. We absolutely loved the new pool and the decking . One of our favorite places is the screened in porch that overlooks the ocean and the pool. The outside seating and dining areas are beautiful and comfortable. The location is super being so close to the beach access. The bikes provided many lovely rides to the whale head club and lighthouse area. Our family loved "Toes"! We have been coming to the Outer Banks for many years and this house is definite favorite!"
