Gather the family for a much-needed vacation at “Time Out OBX!” This charming coastal retreat is located just one house away from the oceanfront. Fun amenities for many interests and modern seaside decor will make this beach house your favorite home away from home.
Make a splash in the private pool, or simply bask in the sun in the spacious pool area. The pool bar nearby is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, as well as a bar window that opens, convenient for beverage refills. The pool bar also has a TV and Bose surround sound. If you have a projector, bring it with you as there is a screen on the side of the pool area storage building for an outdoor movie night. Shoot some hoops in the driveway or relax around the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub, or a drink with the ocean view. The beach access is conveniently located just across the street.
The great room on the top floor of the home is open and spacious, featuring modern coastal decor. Relax and watch TV in the living area, which has a gas fireplace available for use during the cooler months of the year. In the morning, grab a cup of coffee and head outside to enjoy the sunrise and salty breeze as you prepare for your day. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. Double sinks and dishwashers make clean-up easy. The barstools at the kitchen island are the perfect place for little ones to observe or help with meal prep. Enjoy eating together in the dining area nearby, or head outside to the picnic table on the deck. If you need to check in with work or the office during your stay, a desk workspace is available in the great room. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which features a private bathroom, access to the deck, and ocean views. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
The second floor of the home consists of sleeping quarters. There is one master bedroom which includes a private bathroom and deck access. Two additional bedrooms also have deck access. A full bathroom completes the second floor. Laundry facilities can be found on the ground floor.
Conveniently located at the southern end of the Whalehead community, shopping, dining, and entertainment options are within walking distance or short driving distance. However you choose to spend your family vacation, you’ll feel refreshed after a stay at “Time Out OBX!”
