This five-bedroom oceanside home is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and many top attractions in Corolla. Featuring a family-friendly layout and a variety of great amenities, your family will love making memories at this well-appointed vacation home.
The great room on the third floor is light and airy, with many windows to allow natural light to fill the space. Kick back and relax in the comfortably furnished living area, which features a gas fireplace to warm you up during cooler months of the year. Across the room, the kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, just add your groceries. Seating for meals is available in the nearby dining area. Make your morning coffee and relax in the sunroom or step outside onto the deck to enjoy the salty ocean breeze. The sunroom is also a great place to play a hand of cards or put together a puzzle throughout your stay. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the landing between the second and third floors of the home.
There is one master bedroom on the third floor, including a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and access to a private deck. An additional master bedroom can be found on the second floor and includes a private bathroom and access to the covered deck. Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are also available on the second floor. The final bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor of the home. Laundry facilities are available on the landing between the first and second levels.
The rec room on the ground floor will surely be the fun place to hang out in the evenings. Gather around the pool table for some friendly competition or simply relax and watch TV. A refrigerator is located nearby when you’re ready for a cold beverage.
Outside, the outdoor oasis awaits, whether you’d prefer to play in the pool area or relax on one of the well-furnished decks. Make a splash in the refreshing private pool or choose to lounge around poolside. The tiki bar is the perfect place to retreat to when you’re ready for a break from the sun. The tiki bar is equipped with a TV and a beverage refrigerator. The active members of your group can choose to play volleyball, pickleball, basketball, or corn hole, and there is also a putting green. The grilling area is centrally located near the pool and outdoor games, allowing you to grill meals and still hang out with family members. In the evenings, split your time outside soaking in the hot tub and sitting around the firepit. A stay at “The Pearl” in Corolla is sure to leave you with treasured beach vacation memories!
