Does this house accept high school graduates as a beach week group?

What floor is the laundry room on and is there anywhere I can get a floor plan to see what rooms have outside doors by the pool?
Great questions, Heather! The laundry room is on level 2 of the home. We unfortunately do not have a floor plan available to share with you. However, the following bedrooms have deck access on the pool side of the home: level 1 south east queen master bedroom, level 2 king master bedroom, level 2 queen bedroom, and the level 2 twin bedroom. The other bedrooms on level 2 have deck access, but not on the pool side of the home.

Are there TVs in the bedrooms or only common areas?
Carol, J50847 currently provides televisions in the Level 3 living room, Level 3 family room, Level 2 MBRs (K, Q), Level 2 BR (Q), Level 1 MBRs (K, Q, Q), Level 1 BR (2T), and Level 1 game room. However, televisions are not guaranteed amenities and are subject to change.

Is the pool heated?
Sandra, the private pool at J50847 does not offer the option of being heated.

I have two questions: 1) Does the house have a basketball or do I need to bring one? 2) Does the house have beach chairs or do I need to bring them?
Sandra, every Twiddy home provides 5 beach chairs. If you would like to rent additional beach equipment, Just for the Beach, Moneysworth, and Ocean Atlantic Rentals all provide this service. Does the home have baby items. Examples-crib, high chair and baby gates?
Great question, Kristi! Baby equipment such as high chairs, cribs and baby gates are considered specialty items, and not advertised amenities.
