Guests will be greeted by a dedicated caretaker who will familiarize them with the property! Elevator, reduced green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, and 2026 beach cabana service provided April 26 to September 25 (provides morning set-up and afternoon take-down of two umbrellas and six beach chairs on the beach).

"The best part of the house was its location to the beach. We have been coming to Corolla for twenty years now and this is the best ocean front location we have ever had. The pool area was great as well as the game room. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking essentials. Double ovens are always a must!!"

"What an amazing house. Easily accommodated 10 adults plus 9 kids under 9. Two of everything when it came to appliances, plenty of dinnerware, etc. Backyard was well above average, nice grassy area.. pool was beautiful, lovely lounge chairs. Boardwalk was one of the shorter ones, so the haul to the beach was easy. Can't say enough about this house. Very well done."

"Great kitchen with plenty of cookware, two sinks and two refrigerators. Gorgeous view. Washer/dryer set on two floors. Elevator very nice for unloading and loading the car. Nice size pool. Super convenient to beach out the back door. Walking distance to a shopping are with Food Lion and not much further to more shops and dining in Timbuktu. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors."
"Layout of house was perfect for our large group. We never felt crowded. The 6 oceanfront master king suites were great so most every family had balcony access and ocean views. Our kids enjoyed the spacious pool area and beach setup. One of the most well laid out floor plans we've stayed in."
"Everything from the “Tower of Pies” welcome gift to having umbrellas and chairs set up for us on the beach every morning made us feel pampered and welcome. We had great weather so we didn’t get to use the indoor amenities as much as we wanted to but we will put them on our to-do list for next year. "Perfect for our extended family coming from all over the US! 10 very comfortable bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and tv. Large open living space on the top floor with the gorgeous view of the ocean. Stayed the first week of October which started out a bit cool and rainy, but ended up with beautiful Thursday and Friday….great beach and pool weather. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool almost every day. The kitchen was well stocked and we made use of the gas grill a couple of times. Saw a few pods of dolphins! Twiddy was very responsive and quickly solved any questions we had. Would stay there again happily!"
