The home’s main gathering place is on the top floor in the great room, which features many ocean-facing windows to allow the gorgeous ocean view to fill the room. Relax with loved ones in the living area, and catch up with one another or watch TV. A gas fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals throughout your stay, just add groceries. Two dishwashers are a huge help when cleaning up. Meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area nearby. If additional seating is needed for meals, barstool seating is available at the kitchen counter. There is also a smaller table across the room, which can also be a great place to put a puzzle together throughout your stay. In the early mornings, make your coffee and step outside onto the deck to start your day with a stunning sunrise over the ocean. Back inside, a half bathroom completes the top level of the home.
On the second floor, you’ll discover a haven of tranquility with three master bedrooms, each boasting a private bathroom for your comfort. There's also an additional bedroom with a semi-private bathroom, perfect for larger groups. The den, with its own deck access and a sofa bed, offers a cozy retreat for relaxation or additional living space.
Two additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, can be found on the ground floor of the home. The home’s final bedroom and full bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. In the rec room, you’ll find a pool table and an additional living area with a TV. The kitchenette features a full-size refrigerator and a microwave and is convenient to the pool area and the rec room.
Outside, make a splash in the private pool or simply soak in the sunshine around the poolside. When you’re ready to get your toes in the sand, easily take a walk down the home’s private walkway to the beach. The walkway features an expansive observation deck with a sitting area, allowing one to observe breathtaking views of the ocean and the beach. When returning from the beach, there is an outdoor wash area with 2 enclosed showers and a toilet. When you’re ready to venture out, many shopping, dining, and entertainment options are available within minutes of the home.
