Wake up to ocean views from one of the east-facing master bedrooms and begin your day with the backdrop of the glistening sea. Just a few houses from the beach access, it's easy to come and go to the ocean. Back at the house, take a swim in the pool, and enjoy a game of volleyball, horseshoes or basketball, before relaxing in the hot tub, sauna or steam room. Savor a refreshing drink from either the wrap-around deck or ship's watch as you take in more ocean views. Then, dine in the al fresco poolside dining area. Outdoor dining is a breeze with the gas grill, outdoor kitchen and dining area with picnic table. As the evening winds down, there's still plenty to do! Enjoy a movie in the theater room with stadium seating or a game of pool or cards in the rec room, or take in the views and breezes on the double swing on the deck. And if you have to work, there's a home office, too.
"Southern Flair" has ocean views from the great room, several master bedrooms, the wrap-around decks and the ship's watch. The kitchen features granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators and two dishwashers, and the dining areas comfortably seat twenty-two. There are three full and two half refrigerators throughout the home and there's an elevator to assist with luggage and groceries. "Southern Flair" offers a separate guest house with mini-bar and steam room that attaches to the main house by the mid-level deck. Off the pool deck is a poolside cabana with an outdoor kitchen and order-out window for enjoying meals while relaxing by the pool. Amenities for outdoor fun include the private pool, volleyball court, hot tub, sauna, grill area with picnic table, basketball court and horseshoe area. The theater room includes stadium seating, and the game room has a mini kitchen/wet bar, pool table, ping pong, foosball and card table. Seven of the nine bedrooms are masters, three have ocean views and five provide deck access. No animals or pets allowed.
