Welcome to "Southern Flair," a semi-ocean front home, where you'll find ocean views, sea breezes and plenty of lounging spaces to relax and enjoy yourself throughout the day! Wake up to ocean views from one of the east-facing master bedrooms and begin your day with the backdrop of the glistening sea. Just a few houses from the beach access, it's easy to come and go to the ocean. Back at the house, take a swim in the pool, and enjoy a game of volleyball, horseshoes or basketball, before relaxing in the hot tub, sauna or steam room. Savor a refreshing drink from either the wrap-around deck or ship's watch as you take in more ocean views. Then, dine in the al fresco poolside dining area. Outdoor dining is a breeze with the gas grill, outdoor kitchen and dining area with picnic table. As the evening winds down, there's still plenty to do! Enjoy a movie in the theatre room with stadium seating or a game of pool or cards in the rec room, or take in the views and breezes on the double swing on the deck. And if you have to work, there's a home office, too.
"Southern Flair" has ocean views from the great room, several master bedrooms, the wrap-around decks and the ship's watch. The kitchen features granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators and two dishwashers, and the dining areas comfortably seat twenty-two. There are three full and two half refrigerators throughout the home and there's an elevator to assist with luggage and groceries. "Southern Flair" offers a separate guest house with mini-bar and steam room that attaches to the main house by the mid-level deck. Off the pool deck is a poolside cabana with an outdoor kitchen and order-out window for enjoying meals while relaxing by the pool. Amenities for outdoor fun include the private pool, volleyball court, hot tub, sauna, grill area with picnic table, basketball court and horseshoe area. The theatre room includes stadium seating, and the game room has a mini kitchen/wet bar, pool table, foosball and card table. Seven of the nine bedrooms are masters, three have ocean views and five provide deck access. No animals or pets allowed.

"The home was in a wonderful location, the house itself suited our family's needs and our size. The elevator was a wonderful addition for my husband and me to get to the upstairs level of kitchen and living area. The pool was nice. The yard in back was fun for the kids. We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved by Twiddy, one of being the guest house was overlooked in getting cleaned by the cleaning crew. They did come out immediately and cleaned the rooms. We liked the fact that the kitchen had 2 refrigerators and dishwashers. The seating area to eat was very good. The decks had plenty of seating to sit and enjoy the sound of the ocean (and to see the ocean!!) The crow's nest was one of our sons favorite seating areas. Having 2 gas grills was good to cook on for a large group. The picnic table was nice! The beach chairs were in good shape. You can tell this owner cares about this house and maintaining it."
