You’ll be “Smitten” with this delightful semi-oceanfront vacation home in Corolla! Located just one lot back from the beach, the community beach walkway is just a few houses north. Ocean views and a plethora of amenities will make for an unforgettable OBX vacation at this lovely home.
The open concept top floor of the home is spacious and features views of the ocean. Spend treasured time with loved ones relaxing in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals for a crowd, including two cooktops, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space. An elevator assists with unloading groceries, luggage, and guests between all levels of the home. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, at the kitchen countertop, or up in the ship's watch.. There is one master bedroom suite on the top floor of the home, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the third level of the home.
The middle floor consists of a den and four master bedrooms. Each master bedroom has a private bathroom. There are three additional bedrooms on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is a master, with a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor as well. The remainder of the ground floor, inside and outside, was designed with entertainment in mind. Many evenings of fun are to be enjoyed around the pool table in the rec room.
From the bottom floor, step outside to soak up the sunshine around the private pool. When you’re ready for a break, head over to the poolside cabana to relax in the shade. After dark, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. For those driving a Tesla or other electric vehicle to the Outer Banks, this home offers an EV charger (NEMA 14-50).
