An elevator assists with unloading groceries, luggage, and guests between all levels of the home. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, at the kitchen countertop, or up in the ship's watch.. There is one master bedroom suite on the top floor of the home, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the third level of the home.
The middle floor consists of a den and four master bedrooms. Each master bedroom has a private bathroom. There are three additional bedrooms on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is a master, with a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor as well. The remainder of the ground floor, inside and outside, was designed with entertainment in mind. Many evenings of fun are to be enjoyed around the pool table in the rec room.
