"Had another great trip for the second year in a row. The house has a great layout with room for the kids in the basement and plenty of space on the top level. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for a large group. Plenty of dishes and silverware and 2 refrigerators. The only complaint is regarding the mattresses in two of the rooms really need to be replaced, they are collapsing."

"This house was perfect for us! We liked that there were no bedrooms on the kitchen/GR floor. I also liked that there wasn’t a larger master bedroom; which is nice when you are sharing the home with another family. The newly redone kitchen was beautiful and functioned very well!!! The dining room table and outside dining tables were huge which was perfect for our crowd of 12! We also loved the bed swing, the swing outside one of the bedrooms and the covered sitting area on the middle level! Perfectly shaded and breezy! The ping pong table got a workout😁 We were very pleased with this house!"
"I think this was my most favorite home so far. The kitchen was the most fully equipped kitchen we have ever had. The only complaint was the frying pans everything stuck. The biggest complaint was the cable it was off more then it was on . The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a tub with jets in one of the bathrooms. And maybe a umbrella over by the pool. I would love to stay there again it was great."
"This was one of the best houses we have ever rented. The kitchen was better stocked in my kitchen at home! We wanted to rebook but unfortunately we need a different week. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that nobody picks our week."
Thank You! We are new owners this year and worked hard to make sure the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We are planning a renovation of the kitchen this off season (new cabinets, flooring, etc) so hopefully you will come back and see the changes! We made lots of cosmetic changes this off season with more to come!
"This house was perfect for our extended family. It is open and airy and bright. The appliances were all very nice. The ocean views and Lighthouse views were great. It was a bit of a walk to the beach when you’re carrying things but definitely doable. We would definitely come back here."
We are so glad you enjoyed the house. We are new owners this year and tried to do some cosmetic updates to make it fresh. We will definitely add a beach cart to make the walk easier so you don't have to carry all your beach gear. 5 minutes isn't far until your arms are loaded down! Thanks for the feedback.
