Constructed in 2023 and located just one house back from the oceanfront, this beautifully-appointed vacation home offers ocean views and features modern coastal decor. Comfortable accommodations and fun amenities can be found throughout the home, inside and outside.
On the top floor of the home, you’ll find a beautiful, spacious great room with plenty of windows to allow natural light to fill the room. The comfortable living area is the perfect place to relax before or after a day outside. Play a hand of cards or put a puzzle together throughout the week at the round table and chairs nearby. The elevator makes it easy to get groceries from the ground floor up to the kitchen on the top level. The kitchen is a dream, with a thoughtful layout and perfectly situated details. There are two refrigerators, a 48"professional dual gas range with 6 burners and a griddle, and plenty of counter space on the two islands. One of the kitchen islands is ideal for food preparation, and the other island features barstool seating, which is great for a grab and go breakfast. Enjoy meals together in the dining area nearby, which includes a wet bar for easy access to beverage refills. Outside on the deck, kick back and relax with the salty ocean breeze. There is one master bedroom on the third level, which includes access to the deck as well as a private bathroom. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
On the middle level of the home, you’ll find five master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three of the master bedrooms have access to the covered deck. Relax and catch up on your favorite show or put together a puzzle in the den on the second floor. The wet bar in the den can be stocked with snacks and drinks so refreshments are never far away. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the second floor.
The final two master bedrooms can be found on the ground floor of the home, and each has a private bathroom. The game room on the first floor is equipped with a pool table for many evenings of fun. From the game room, step into the indoor/outdoor room, which is a unique feature of the home. The room’s walls of sliding doors open to the pool area, creating a convenient area to relax in the shade or grab a snack or beverage from the wet bar. The refreshing private pool awaits nearby in the backyard. The spacious backyard is perfect for many activities, from your preferred yard games to simply letting the kids run around while you lounge by the pool nearby. After dark, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub before retiring to your bedroom for the night.
Access to the wide, soft sand beach is located just a few houses north of the home. Shopping, dining, and entertainment in Corolla are within close driving distance of the home. However you plan to spend your time on the Outer Banks, “Shore Break” has you covered with comfortable accommodations, fun amenities, and a great location!
