Upon arrival, the home’s elevator is a big help when unloading luggage and groceries. On the third level, the home’s great room is bright and open, with plenty of windows that let in natural light. The living area is designed for gathering, whether it’s curling up on the sofa for a movie, chatting around the fireplace, or spreading out with a board game. Across the room, the fully stocked kitchen makes preparing family feasts simple, whether it’s a casual lunch or a dinner feast. The kitchen features a spacious layout, an island, a wine cooler, and two dishwashers. The adjacent dining space provides ample room for shared meals. Step outside onto the decks for fresh air, morning coffee, or evening drinks, as each level offers its own spot to relax and enjoy the salty ocean breeze.
On the ground floor, the game room, complete with a pool table, ensures there’s never a dull moment, whether enjoying a little friendly competition or keeping the kids entertained while dinner is prepared. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and dishwasher is conveniently located nearby, allowing snacks and cold drinks to be always within reach. If you’d simply like to chill, there is also a sitting area with an electric fireplace.
The home’s amenities are designed for fun and relaxation in equal measure. Outside, the private pool is perfect for daytime swims or simply lounging poolside with a good book. The hot tub offers the ultimate way to unwind at the end of each day.. Multiple seating areas, both indoors and out, provide ample space to spread out, ensuring everyone has a place to enjoy themselves.
Bedrooms are comfortable retreats, offering quiet escapes after long days at the beach or pool. Each one is designed to give every guest a restful place to recharge. There are three ensuite bedrooms, one on the top floor and two on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor, each with deck access, share a bathroom between them. There is one additional ensuite bedroom on the ground floor, which includes a private bathroom. Half bathrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor and on the landing between the second and third floors.
When it’s time to explore, Corolla’s best attractions are nearby. From the historic Whalehead Club and Currituck Beach Lighthouse to shops and dining in Timbuck II Shopping Village, family adventures are just minutes away.
