Across the room, the fully stocked kitchen makes preparing family feasts simple, whether it’s a casual lunch or a dinner feast. The kitchen features a spacious layout, an island, a wine cooler, and two dishwashers. The adjacent dining space provides ample room for shared meals. Step outside onto the decks for fresh air, morning coffee, or evening drinks, as each level offers its own spot to relax and enjoy the salty ocean breeze.
On the ground floor, the game room, complete with a pool table, ensures there’s never a dull moment, whether enjoying a little friendly competition or keeping the kids entertained while dinner is prepared. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and dishwasher is conveniently located nearby, allowing snacks and cold drinks to be always within reach. If you’d simply like to chill, there is also a sitting area with an electric fireplace.

Half bathrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor and on the landing between the second and third floors.
