Located just one house back from the oceanfront, beautiful ocean views are yours throughout your stay. The community beach walkway is just a short stroll from the home. This home is located in the heart of Corolla, close to shopping, dining and entertainment. This spacious retreat is well-equipped and includes modern features, both inside and outside.
The top level great room is the perfect place for the entire family to gather to relax in the living area, which features upscale furnishings. For meals, there are two large dining tables and kitchen counter seating. Overflow dining space is available at the picnic table just outside on the top level deck. There are two additional picnic tables available on the property as well. A sound system throughout the home includes remote speakers for TVs and music with bluetooth capability. Smart TVs throughout the home allow you to watch YouTubeTV for live local stations as well as a broad selection of channels, including sports, movies, and much more. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals for a large group, with two full size refrigerators, two dishwashers, a double oven range, and plenty of space on the granite countertops. Step outside to soak up some sunshine on the spacious deck, which overlooks the pool area and has a picnic table for outdoor dining. Enjoy your morning coffee with a gorgeous OBX sunrise on the roof-level skydeck. Head up to the skydeck in the evening to watch the sunset. Find some shade with an ocean view right below the skydeck. There are two master bedrooms suites on the top level, each with a whirlpool tub and detached shower.
On the middle level, there are four bedrooms, three are master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and the fifth bedroom shares a full bathroom with the den. Screen your favorite movies in the theater room on the middle floor.
The lower level is the entertainment hub of the home. Enjoy playing at the pool table or play a game of foosball. Relax and watch a movie or play a hand of cards nearby. A kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, wine cooler, and sink keep snacks and drinks at arm’s reach. There is one master bedroom, with an attached full bathroom, on the ground floor. In addition, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the bottom floor.
The pool area was designed for hours of fun in the sun, featuring a generously sized private pool, suitable for lap swimming. The pool is deep enough to make the adults happy and has an attached kiddie pool. The private pool has the option to be heated during the cooler spring and fall months. The backyard features a grassy area with volleyball net poles; just bring your own volleyball and net. Gaze up at the stars in the night sky while enjoying a relaxing soak in the large hot tub. There are two outdoor showers under the deck for rinsing off sand before entering the home or the pool area. “Pebble Beach” is the perfect spot for your group to make treasured OBX vacation memories!
