The extra fridge a plus. Not having to worry about taking the recycling/trash to and from the curb was another plus."

"Location and pool are great. Much needed new couch in the living area was a big plus. Mattresses are in need of replacement. Have been in this house for 8 years but this may be the last time as they are so uncomfortable. Also since the table was removed there is absolutely no shade at the pool. Need another heavy table like the one on the 3rd floor back porch at the pool so you can put up an umbrella for some shade. Otherwise, great house"
"Perfect location and layout for the extended family with 5 children and 6 adults! Easy beach access and gorgeous view. We loved the pool and hot tub. The refrigerator in the pool house made it even better! Only request would be to upgrade the internet. Reception was poor."
