Picture yourself at “iBeach”…views of the ocean, very short walk to the beach, and a private pool with patio and plenty of chaise lounges for relaxing. This home has been meticulously updated, maintained and beautifully decorated.
Relax with family on the comfortable leather sectional or rockers in the living room while enjoying the ocean view. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for your entire group. The large dining table and countertop seating allows for plenty of room for everyone to eat together or head out to the adjoining deck where you can enjoy your meal and the salty ocean breeze. There is one master bedroom and a half bathroom on the top level of the home. The master bedroom has a full bathroom, as well as a small deck with views of the ocean. Head up to the ship’s watch where you can enjoy a quiet space for reading and relaxing with expansive windows showcasing the stunning ocean views.
On the middle level of the home you’ll find two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. These bedrooms have access to a large deck where you can pick your spot to relax,. There is a bedroom with a king bed that shares a bathroom with another bedroom with two single beds. Three of the four bedrooms on the middle level have deck access. Along with the four bedrooms on the middle level there is a sitting room perfectly set up for game time, tv time or quiet reading time. This set up is ideal for multiple families, or generations vacationing together.
On the ground level you’ll find a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds along with space for kids to play games, watch tv or enjoy foosball. A full bathroom and laundry are also located on the ground level. An additional refrigerator is located on the ground level making it easy to grab a drink on the way to the pool or hot tub outside.
There are plenty of comfortable chaise lounges and seating by the pool whether you are reading or basking in the sunshine. The pool features built in seating which is perfect for little ones or cooling off while reading a book. The hot tub is a perfect place for a restorative soak. Your entire family will enjoy the short walk to the beach and creating memories at “iBeach!”
