The great room on the top floor of the home will surely be the place to gather. The windows on the ocean-facing side of the living area allow the gorgeous ocean view to fill the room. Kick back and relax in the living area, which includes a gas fireplace that is perfect for use during cooler months of the year. The nearby ship’s watch also highlights the ocean view and serves as a great location to work on a puzzle throughout the week. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals for a crowd, with two ovens, two cooktops, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space. Kitchen countertop seating and the dining table nearby allow for everyone to enjoy meals together. In the morning, grab a cup of coffee and catch your breath while watching a stunning Outer Banks sunrise on the oceanside deck off of the great room. There is one oversized master bedroom on the top floor, which includes deck access as well as a spacious bathroom with a soaking tub. A half bathroom is also included on the third floor of the home.
Four more master bedrooms are located on the middle level of the home, each with a private bathroom and deck access. There is also a den with deck access on the second floor. One additional master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom, is located on the ground floor. The remaining two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Laundry facilities can be found on the ground level, as well as a half bathroom that opens to the pool area and the rec room. The remainder of the first level of the home was furnished with entertainment in mind. Play all evening long in the rec room, which features a pool table and an arcade game. When you’re ready for a break, there is a living area with a TV. Cold drinks and snacks can always be available in the kitchenette nearby, which has a refrigerator and microwave.
Spend your days outside having fun in the sun. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool. Relax in the sunshine, either around the pool or on the sun deck atop the poolside cabana. There is plenty of space to prep for grilling in the poolside cabana. After the sun sets for the evening, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub and gaze up at the stars in the dark night sky.
