"My family snd I stayed in the Haven for Ten house the week of September 9th to 16th 2023. The features of the house that we really enjoyed were the large showers in all of the rooms with that stone finish look and glass doors, the kitchen with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and double oven. We also loved having two washers and dryers which helped a lot with 16 people staying there. We had a 8 month old baby with us, so the kiddie pool worked out great!"

"Haven for Ten's kitchen was set up so a group of people could be in the kitchen prepping and cooking. The deck over looking the ocean was nice because it extended the whole back of the house. Bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable."

"Haven for Ten was the perfect home for the week. We have been coming to OBX for the last 10 years and this is our favorite house so far. 10 bedrooms that were all spacious enough for our guests...some with jet tubs and a fire place which was relaxing. Being able to sit on the beautiful deck on the top floor on the sturdy bar chairs was breathtaking. The backyard was perfect (although needed some TLC at first) with green grass near the pool area. We chose to have the pool heated for the week and it made all the difference for us given a few chilly days. We have never had such a warm pool for there week. ..and our pool guy was awesome!!! If we could change a few things we would ask for some updates in the kitchen. The dishwashers didn't always work easily and the ice maker on one of the fridges was fussy. The two sliders on the top deck were very hard to open and close which could not be opened by someone elderly. We could not get any of the sounds systems to work...even my tech savvy son couldn't do it. Other than those things, it really was perfect. We would come back to this house despite the little issues."
"We have stayed at Haven for Ten for seven straight years! It is a perfect size home for the families and friends that gather here once a year. The house is large enough that you can find your own quiet spot but also cozy enough that everyone feels like they are part of one big family. All of the amenities (pool, hot tub, theatre room) were used extensively and you just cannot beat the oceanfront access and views from the top balcony. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation (two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two sinks) and the great room and dining area were more than adequate to accommodate our large group. One of the highlights this year was eating crabs on the top deck at sunset. It just doesn't get any better than that!"
"We loved this house! The furnishings were nice, kitchen was stocked and pool was large and clean. A few recommendations would be adding hooks for wet towels (both inside and outside). We had 24 people and lots of wet beach towels everywhere. Also maybe adding another bunk bed option. We had 14 kids and 10 adults so it made it tough to spread kids in King beds. We used air mattresses, and that was fine, but if families are coming to share the house, more kid beds might be helpful. Overall a great week! We'll come again :)"
"2020 was the second year we stayed at Haven for Ten. Our kids would stay there now every year but I like to try new homes. We vacation with our grown children and grandchildren and this house is great for all of us. Well stocked kitchen. Great theater room, pool table and steps from the ocean."
