Gather your family and friends at the “Getaway Place” on the Outer Banks! This oceanside home is conveniently located within short walking distance of the community walkway to the beach, shopping, restaurants, a grocery store, and fun activities, like watersports rentals. This spacious vacation home has all that you need for a fun vacation, including a private pool and hot tub.
On the top level of the home, the great room is spacious and welcoming. Kick back and relax in the living area, which includes a gas fireplace for use during the chillier times of the year. For those who need to check in with work or school, a dual monitor workstation is available for use before heading to the beach or shopping. The spacious kitchen is stocked with all equipment needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, including two dishwashers for easy cleanup. The large kitchen island can be used for meal preparation, and there are barstools provided for a quick breakfast before heading outside for the day. Getting groceries up to the kitchen on the third floor is a breeze when using the home’s elevator. Enjoy meals together in the dining area or outside on the screened-in porch. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also included on the top level.
Two additional master bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with a private bathroom. Two more bedrooms share a full bathroom between them. All bedrooms are complete with a TV. A den and laundry room complete the middle level of the home. The final bedroom and full bathroom can be found on the ground floor of the home. Play all evening long in the rec room, which includes foosball and a pool table. Snacks and cold drinks can always be available at the nearby wet bar with a refrigerator.
Step outside for some fun in the sun! Make a splash in the private pool or simply lounge around at the outdoor bar in the pool area. Soak in the sunshine on the third level deck or relax in the shade on the middle floor deck. For the competitive members of your group, a volleyball court, basketball goal, and horseshoes are provided. When you’re ready to explore the area, Historic Corolla Village, which includes the Currituck Lighthouse, a wildlife center, and shops, as well as the 4x4 beaches where the Corolla Wild Horses roam are just a short drive away. “Getaway Place” is a great choice for a memorable family vacation on the Outer Banks!

"This house was clean and neat. The kitchen was stocked perfectly with everything we needed including a stock pot for boiling shrimp, a crockpot and a griddle for pancakes. We had 2 babies with us and they had a baby gate, high chair and a playpen. We discovered a leak in one bathroom and someone came right away to check it out and fix it. This house was perfect for our 3 families to share over spring break and I would 100% stay there again! The teens and tweens played foosball, pool, board games and watched TV downstairs and the adults played cards and watched TV upstairs. We enjoyed visiting the Corolla lighthouse and village one day and the Wright Brothers memorial another day with shopping and beach time in between!"
