Whalehead proves to be the ideal vacation spot, located within minutes of shopping centers, restaurants and the historical attractions of Corolla. Take a stroll around Corolla’s Historical Village, climb to the top of the lighthouse, or walk around Timbuck II, a shopping center full of over 60 exciting shops and restaurants overlooking the sound. This fun-filled and convenient location is perfect for all members of the family, and will ensure that everyone enjoys their time here in the Outer Banks.
The top floor of this home offers a spacious kitchen, great room, and dining area. Well-equipped and ready for group meals, the kitchen encourages guests to spend time together gathered at the dining table or the barstools lining the island. Just off the dining table, the great room is the perfect spot for everyone to congregate and make memories while enjoying one another’s company on their vacation. The master bedroom occupies this floor, containing a King bed. Step outside on the screened porch to enjoy the warm ocean air and the scenic views from this oceanside home. Unwind in the hot tub after a long beach day, or lounge on the deck to take in all that the Outer Banks and Ellie’s Lodge have to offer. With ample room for each and every guest, the top floor of this home proves to be the ultimate spot for fun-filled family time.
Come on down to the second floor to discover where the majority of your guests will be bunking. The second floor holds two master bedrooms, both with Queen beds. Two more bedrooms line the hall and are connected by a bathroom, one with a Double bed and the other with a Duo and a Bunk Set. Decks line the outside of the second floor, so guests are able to enjoy the views by day and the starry sky by night.
The bottom floor of the home holds the laundry room, half bathroom, and most importantly, the game room! With a couch, television and pool table, you’ll find yourself hanging in the game room for hours. Not only does this room provide entertainment for family members of all ages, but the couch doubles as a Queen Sleeper Sofa, providing some extra room and comfort. Located steps away from the ocean, minutes away from shops and loaded with amenities to make your family vacation all that you dream of, Ellie’s Lodge has it all!
