Inside, the common spaces are made to delight. The great room on the second floor features wide windows that face the sea, showcasing the beautiful ocean view. The generously-sized living area is the perfect place to gather for a movie night or to simply catch up with one another. The gas fireplace keeps you cozy during the cooler months of the year. Across the room, the kitchen is well-equipped, inviting everything from pancake breakfasts to evening seafood feasts. The kitchen’s spacious layout allows for multiple cooks to be in the kitchen at once. Enjoy a quick bite to eat in the kitchen’s breakfast nook before heading outside for the day. The adjacent oceanfront dining area makes full-group meals and lingering conversation easy and relaxing. Additional seating is available in the nearby sunroom. The sun room is also equipped with a second refrigerator, which is convenient for large groups. The pool table on this level will keep the competitive spirit alive. In the early morning, step outside onto the oceanfront deck to watch the sunrise over the ocean. The wraparound decks make enjoying the salty ocean breeze at any time of the day effortless.
Outdoors, the refreshing private pool is ideal for morning dips before hitting the beach. The nearby hot tub amplifies evening relaxation. The home’s private walkway to the beach features a dunetop gazebo, the perfect place to watch the pelicans fly by and listen to the waves lap the shore nearby.
Bedrooms in Dreamcatcher are restful havens, giving everyone in your group their own quiet retreat after long days in the sun or salt spray. The private den on the third floor offers stunning ocean views. On the second floor, the large ensuite bedroom features gorgeous ocean views, a gas fireplace, and deck access. The bathroom is equipped with a standing steam shower and a whirlpool tub that is situated to take full advantage of the ocean view. An additional ensuite bedroom is available on the ground floor and includes a soaking tub in the private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom between them. A final bedroom is available on the first floor. Half bathrooms are conveniently located on both the second and first floors.
When you’re ready to venture out, the home is only minutes from all that Corolla has to offer, including seafood restaurants, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, as well as many shops and eateries.
