“Creme de la Creme” translates to “The Best of the Best”, and upon arrival, you will realize that the name is a perfect fit for this luxurious estate! As soon as you enter the home, it is clear that no detail has been overlooked. From the coffered ceilings to the custom trim, every amenity in this home has been thoughtfully achieved. Every feature of this home has been thoughtfully planned out to ensure an experience of luxury and comfort. Whether it’s the view of the ocean or easy access to the beach, this home was designed to provide you with the most memorable beach vacation. Eleven exquisitely appointed bedrooms are all furnished in rich woods and upscale imported linens, with bamboo flooring and flat-screen TVs. Ten master bedrooms each offer a private bathroom with Italian tile, imported granite vanities and spa-inspired showers. You’ll love the exterior of the home as much as the interior, with all three levels of decks offering stereo sound and a stunning outdoor area including private pool with waterfall, hot tub, poolside bar, and shallow area for the kids, all surrounded by professionally landscaped grounds. A refreshing dip in the ocean or a reflective walk on the beach are just a short stroll away from this gorgeous estate. Located in the Whalehead community in Corolla, this home is close to the heart of Corolla, including shopping, dining, entertainment, and historical activities.
On the top level, floor to ceiling windows infuse beautiful natural light into the great room and offer a glimpse of the ocean. Perfectly designed for entertaining, the living area features soaring ceilings, exotic bamboo floors, ample seating with sofas and arm chairs, seasonal gas fireplace and a 60” HDTV with surround sound. Ocean view dining is available at two tables that seat 24. Doors open to two sun decks with outdoor speakers. The gourmet kitchen is finished with distinctive custom cabinetry, pendant lighting, Italian tile floors, shimmering granite countertops with stainless sinks and casual bar seating. Chef’s skills will come alive when using the stainless steel appliances, including 5-burner gas cooktop with pot filler, double wall ovens, two microwaves, separate full size refrigerator and freezer, beverage center and two dishwashers for easy clean up. Elevator allows you to unload groceries with ease. The top floor is completed with three exquisite king master suites and a centrally located half bathroom.
The middle level offers five elegant bedroom suites, a private media den/office and an expansive wrap-around covered deck. Four master bedrooms are furnished with king size beds, two offer deck access and one has a private balcony. A fifth suite is outfitted with two twin beds and offers deck access. French doors open to a handsome media room/office with a coffered ceiling, bamboo floor, sofa seating, 60” HDTV with surround sound, pub table with stools and direct deck access. Laundry room with double washer and dryer is located on the middle level for convenience.
The ground level is dedicated to indoor recreation amenities, including a home theater with a 120” viewing screen, THX 7.1 surround sound and stadium seating for 12. Those with competitive spirits can gather to test their skills in a stately recreation lounge featuring Italian tile floors, coffered ceilings, billiards table, LED wall-mounted flat screen TV over a pub table bar with stool seating. The media area is comprised of a plush wrap-around sofa for gaming or watching your favorite show on the 60” HDTV with Xbox and blu-ray player. The custom wet bar has a granite countertop with sink, tile backsplash and a host of stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and commercial icemaker.
The rec room doors open to unveil a haven of outdoor amenities. A Gunite saltwater pool with waterfall is the highlight of the outdoor area, whose custom design includes two wet decks for in-pool lounging, built-in seating, and an inset shallow area for the little ones. Next to the pool is a resort-style pergola over a hot tub that accommodates 8 and a shaded seating area to create a sanctuary of leisure and rejuvenation. The pool deck is equipped with ample seating and lounging options for sunbathing under clear coastal skies. A cabana bar offers a shady retreat and is outfitted with granite countertops, sink and a gas grill for informal BBQ meals. Casual bar seating is available for eight or meals can be served at an outdoor picnic table. These amenities are surrounded by professional landscaping, outdoor speakers, cabana half bathroom and two outdoor showers. The community beach access is located just a few homes north of this vacation home.
