Major renovations for the 2025 season include new furniture, new mattresses and bedding, fresh interior paint, updated vanities and fixtures in all bathrooms, refinished wood floors, enclosing the porch off the kitchen and turning it into a dining area, refreshed landscaping, new siding and new deck, windows, and sliding doors.

Imagine waking up to the soothing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean and stepping onto your private deck to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the horizon. The home's thoughtful design ensures that the ocean is always within sight, whether lounging in the spacious living area, sipping a cup of coffee in the sitting area, or unwinding in the hot tub as the stars illuminate the coastal sky.
The home’s top level will be the main gathering area throughout your stay. Relax in the living area and watch the waves roll in, or step out onto the deck to enjoy the salty ocean breeze. The hot tub is also located on the third-floor deck, allowing you to listen to the waves lapping the shore as you relax. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals throughout your stay, simply add groceries. Two ovens speed up cooking, and two dishwashers assist with clean up. Family meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area.
With six beautifully appointed bedrooms, including multiple master suites with deck access, your family will have ample space to retreat. On the third floor, you’ll find one master suite, which includes a private bathroom with a soaking tub. Three master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and deck access, are available on the second level. There are two additional bedrooms, one between levels two and three, and another is a half level down from the second floor. A half bathroom is available on the third floor, and a full bathroom can be found on the second level. A sitting area with a TV and laundry facilities are available on the second floor.
Your daily vacation agenda will include time at the beach, with convenient access via the home’s shared walkway over the dune. When you’re ready to venture out, this retreat’s ideal location means that shopping, dining, attractions, and nightlife are just minutes away.
