We enjoyed the movie theater, the pool table and the pool with the outdoor activities. We loved the kitchen/ family room with enough space for all of us to hangout, eat, watch movies and play games. "We loved everything about this home! From the moment we stepped in, we feel in love. The view, the decor, the layout, the theater room, the pool and hot tub, the walkway to the beach…everything was amazing! The home smelled so clean when we walked in! Everyone in our group raved about the house all week. It was like we were living in a dream! We all agreed that while we have stayed in nice houses before…this may have been the best! One of the things we noticed that won’t be on the listing is the way the whelk shells (looks like conch shells) seemed to just roll right up to the houses area on the beach! We like to walk on the beach and look for shells but we found the most just sitting on the sand in front of the houses steps! Made the week that much more magical to us."

"The house was beautiful and checking in was so nice and easy. The bathrooms were all custom and a nice modern style. The designer did a nice job on the furniture and décor. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and baking hardware. The beds ands pillows were comfortable. The guest house was a nice feature. We had small children with us. They went to sleep early in the guest house, while we stayed up and didn't have to worry about being quite. The outdoor living space was awesome. There was an outdoor sitting area with a TV which was a great feature. We loved the pool with the water fall and the shallow area for the babies was great. All around great house. All the electronics: TV's, movie room, and speakers were easy to use. The only complaint is there was no outside steps going from the 2nd floor to the inside of the house. So if you came off the beach to get to the 3rd floor or the guest house you had to go down to the 1st floor and go inside and up to the 2nd/ 3rd floor. You could cut through someone's bedroom but if it's not your room that's not right. We would rent this house again. The is our 3rd time renting with Twiddy and it's been a great experience."

"Beautifully appointed home, love the separate guest house, nice pool area. Love the volleyball court but wish there was a gate to access it instead of having to go out the front and around the house. Love the double fridges and dishwashers and microwaves, was surprised that there wasn’t a second oven however. Overall loved the house and would absolutely rent it again. Loved that the owners left 3 delicious pies for us!! Thank you! We had a great week at American Spirit!"
