P167Welcome to “The Paradise” for your Outer Banks vacation! Located directly on the oceanfront in Corolla, salty breezes and the gorgeous ocean view are yours throughout your stay. This seven-bedroom coastal retreat features many upgrades, making it a comfortable and functional home away from home.
On the top floor of the home, the greatroom features large picture windows that showcase the beautiful ocean view. The living area is comfortably appointed for either watching TV or gazing out at the sea. A wet bar with a refrigerator is nearby for when a drink refill is needed. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals during your vacation. Dining options include the dining area adjacent to the kitchen, or choose to enjoy the ocean breeze with your meal outside on the screened porch. The oceanside deck features comfortable seating, perfect for watching a beautiful OBX sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee. There is one master bedroom on the third level, which includes a private bathroom and access to the oceanfront deck. A half bathroom is accessible from the common areas.
Five additional master bedrooms can be found on the middle floor of the home, each with a private bathroom. Several of the bedrooms feature access to the covered deck. Laundry facilities are located on the second level for convenience. The ground floor of the home was designed for fun and entertainment. Play all evening long in the rec room. A wet bar is nearby so snacks and cold drinks can be readily available. The final master bedroom is located on this floor as well. A half bathroom is also included on the ground floor.
The outdoor oasis is just outside of the rec room door. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private pool. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, head over to the tiki bar. Enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub to complete your day. Located in the Villages at Ocean Hill, this home has access to several community amenities and is convenient to the best shopping, dining, and attractions in Corolla. “The Paradise” is waiting for you and your family to make cherished Outer Banks vacation memories!
