"It was a well kept home other than the pots and pans which Twiddy rectified immediately. Location was great, just wish beach access was easier due to how the cul-de-sac was isolated. Overall a nice home for the price point. Would stay there again with the same number of people."

"The house is great, we were 7 adults and two kids (9 and 12). The bedrooms are spacious and very nice furnished. We loved the pool and the hot tub. Walking distance to the beach (10 minutes). The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The upstairs master bedroom and shower are phenomenal. We would stay there any time again."

"We took full advantage of the outside area. The view of the ocean from the upstairs deck was lovely and the pool was clean and well maintained. The screened in porch was an added bonus on a stormy night. We also enjoyed being able to use the Ocean Hill Club parking and beach access - it made for a very convenient trip to the beach on those hot days."
"We absolutely loved the Sunsplash! It was spacious and the location was perfect! The walk was short to the beach or you can enjoy the pool and awesome hot tub! You can also walk to historic Corolla easily too which was very nice. The two decks were lovely, my husband and I enjoyed looking out to the ocean every morning when we had our coffee. It had everything you could think of to make it a home away from home!"

Gorgeous views for the sunsets, close to the boardwalk, didn't feel crowded with homes and some great views of the ocean. definitely exceeded our expectations for being set back many lots on the oceanside. Walk to beach was a bit longer but we could drive to lot closer to the beach access."

Pool area is nice and pool itself gets full sun most of the day, with some shady spots around the deck for those times when you need a break. We even enjoyed the mid-week Lighthouse 5K."

The location is great (5-10 min walk to the beach), the house was clean and generally well maintained and other than a couple minor issues (cable/internet was spotty at times, pool filter stopped working a couple times) everything was in working order. We would absolutely consider staying here again."
"Good location 25 minutes north of Duck. My only complaint about the house was the LACK OF CABLE TV! It was nice having steaming services available but I desperately wanted ESPN and local networks and couldn’t get any of that. And Twiddy couldn’t help. Would be nice to have binder with information about local eateries, checkout instructions, etc."

"We loved our stay at Sunsplash. The ocean views are lovely and made for beautiful sunrises. We loved the pool area and the screened in porch. The beach access was a bit far to walk to with little kids, but we were grateful for a parking pass and the lot was never full. We can’t wait to return!"
