Walk, run or ride your bike down the estuary boardwalk, or take your kids to the playground! There is plenty to do in the community, so one may not want to wander far. However, with the convenient location, the Villages at Ocean Hill is not far from the various shops and restaurants that Corolla has to offer! Take a stroll around Historic Corolla, or head to the top of the lighthouse for panoramic views of both the sound and the ocean. With so many activities and amenities, Illuminata will provide your friends and family with the vacation of a lifetime!
The top floor holds a multitude of windows, all displaying the bright blue sky and sparkling waves from various places in the home. The kitchen is stocked to meet any and all of guests needs, allowing for smooth preparation for family meals and group dining. Gather around the dining table and enjoy a meal overlooking the water, or sit at the barstools lining the island for something more casual. Just steps away is the great room and entertainment center, where the entire family can relax and enjoy each other’s company after a beach day or a big dinner. Head out onto the deck to enjoy the warm breeze, sunset, sunrise and the stars at night. The top floor of this home encourages memory-creating and good times, with some privacy as well. The master bedroom occupies this floor with a king bed. Gather at the top floor for breathtaking views and family fun!
Level two of the home is where many of your guests will be spending their evenings in the various bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms, both with king beds on the ocean side. There are two more bedrooms, one that contains two twin beds and the other with two sets of bunk beds. With the various sleeping arrangements and spacious rooms, guests will find that they are very comfortable in this home! Laundry is located on this floor as well for guests’ convenience. Head outside first thing in the morning through the covered decks and walkway with a sand path to the beach. Relax on the deck with your morning coffee, or to stargaze at night. The second level provides guests with a relaxing, spacious feel to make this vacation home feel like your own.
Last but not least, the bottom floor contains yet another bedroom. This secluded and private bedroom contains a queen bed and a full bath, providing guests with even more comfort! Head just through the doors for a dip in the pool, or lounge on the patio, basking in the sun. Various amenities in the community, the home itself, and the Corolla area allow you and your family to truly experience all that the Outer Banks and Illuminata have to offer!
