Located in the Villages of Ocean Hill community in Corolla, this home offers views of the lake across the street and is within walking distance of several of the community amenities. The lake is stocked for fishing (catch and release) and the turtles are awaiting your visit. Your entire family, including your four-legged family members, will love all that this pet friendly home has to offer, inside and out.
Upon arriving at the top level of the home, the great room is relaxing and open, with many windows to allow natural light to fill the space. Relax with loved ones in the living area, which includes a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months of the year. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment needed to prepare meals for your entire family throughout your vacation. Enjoy meals together as a family in the dining area nearby. Outside, the screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite book and the afternoon breeze. Back inside, there is one master bedroom on the third floor of the home, which includes a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The master bedroom also includes deck access.
On the middle level of the home, the den serves as an additional common area to gather. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor, each with a private bathroom and one with access to the wrap-around covered deck. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom, and one of the bedrooms has access to the deck. The final bedroom is on the ground floor and includes a full bathroom that also opens to the common area. Many evenings of fun are to be experienced around the pool table in the rec room on the ground floor. Laundry facilities can also be found on the first level.
Outside, make a splash in the refreshing private pool, or enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the lakefront community pool as well as the playground, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball courts. A fitness center is also available for a fee. From the home, there is a nature trail that winds through the community and crosses the main road to join the streets that lead to the community beach access. The community access does offer parking for added convenience. The oceanfront community pool with clubhouse and beach access is located a bike ride or short drive away. “Even Keel II” is ready and waiting for your family to make treasured Outer Banks vacation memories!
