Get ready for an unforgettable vacation at “Dune Swell” in Corolla! This semi-oceanfront home offers ocean views, as it is located just one lot back from the beach. Nestled between the wildlife sanctuary and the beach, there are many opportunities to observe the coastal ecosystem and its inhabitants. This home is a tranquil haven, blending modern luxury and natural beauty, and designed to offer an idyllic escape for your Outer Banks vacation. Located in the Villages at Ocean Hill, the community beach walkway is right across the street. The beach walkway is only available to guests staying in the community, so you’ll encounter fewer crowds on the beach.
On the top floor, you’ll find the home’s spacious main gathering area, which features airy vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows that allow you to savor the beauty of the ocean in the front and take in the serenity of the lush wildlife sanctuary in the back. The enclosed sunroom is the perfect place to enjoy watching the sunset or to play a board game at any time of the day. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay, just add groceries. Meals can be enjoyed together in the dining area nearby, and additional barstool seating is available at the kitchen counter. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom with a soaking tub and access to a private oceanfront deck.
On the middle level of the home, you’ll find two additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and one with access to the covered decks. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the second floor as well. The final master bedroom is located on the ground floor of the home and includes a private bathroom. An additional refrigerator can also be found on the ground floor of the home.
Outside, take a dip in the refreshing private pool or simply bask in the sunshine. After a long day outside, relax in the hot tub before going to bed. In addition to the amenities at the vacation home, the Villages at Ocean Hill offers two outdoor community pools, a fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, stocked fishing pond (catch and release), a playground, and beach equipment rentals. Your entire family will enjoy “Dune Swell” and return home with amazing OBX vacation memories!
