Get ready for an unforgettable Outer Banks vacation at “Ducky’s Splash Pad” in Corolla! Located on the oceanside of Route 12, this home is within walking distance of the ocean and the sound. With seven bedrooms and an impressive catalog of amenities, your entire family will love all that this vacation home has to offer. Dogs are welcome too, as this home is pet friendly.
The open and bright great room on the top floor is the home’s main gathering place. The living area is comfortably furnished, with many extra special and welcoming touches. The cooks in your group will love the kitchen, which has all the equipment needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Barstool seating is available at the kitchen counter for quick meals or snacks. Enjoy family-style meals in the dining area nearby. Outside on the deck, enjoy the morning sunshine as you sip your coffee. A screened porch is also available on the third-floor deck. Back inside, there is one master bedroom on the top level, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the third level.
On the middle floor, you’ll find two additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and one with access to the covered deck. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom between them. One of the bedrooms has access to the covered deck. Curl up with a good book in the sitting area on the middle floor, which also has access to the covered deck. A desk is available for those in your group who need to check in with work or school during your stay. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom can be found on the ground floor of the home. Kick back and watch TV in the comfortable rec room with air hockey, duo video games, and a boss toss on the ground floor of the home.
Outside, make a splash in the refreshing private pool or simply lounge around in the sunshine. After a long day by the pool or at the beach, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. When you’re ready to get your toes in the sand, the community beach access is several houses to the north. The Villages at Ocean Hill offers two community pools, a tennis court,pickleball courts, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a stocked catch and release fishing pond, a playground, and more.
