The great room on the home’s third floor is spacious, with plenty of space for your entire family to gather. Relax and watch TV in the living area, or step outside onto the deck to enjoy the sunshine. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, simply add your groceries. There are two dining areas to choose from, one right by the kitchen and the other up a few steps in the ship’s watch. Barstool seating is also available at the kitchen counter. In the master bedroom, you’ll find a private bathroom with a soaking tub and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the top level of the home.
On the middle level, there are two additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. There is a soaking tub in one of the master bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom are also available on the second floor. The sitting area on the second floor can serve as an additional living area and offers access to the rear deck and pool area. Laundry facilities are also included on the middle level.
The final bedroom is located on the ground floor of the home and includes a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the rec room. Many evenings of fun are to be had around the pool table in the rec room. The nearby wet bar with a refrigerator ensures that snacks and cold drinks are always available.
Step outside for some fun in the sun! The pool area backs up to a natural, undeveloped area, which offers additional privacy. Make a splash in the refreshing private pool, or head over to the hot tub for a relaxing soak. When you’re ready to get your toes in the sand, take a short stroll down the street to the community beach walkway. An Outer Banks vacation at “Even the Waves” will leave you relaxed and sunkissed!
