"Sanctuary was furnished very well. The layout of the house was well thought out. It was clean and well appointed. The walk to the beach was a very short walk. The thing I appreciated most about the house was you could tell it has been maintained very well. It is obvious the owner cares about the house and wants to make sure the guests have a great experience. The neighborhood is very quiet and the houses have space and seclusion between them. We will definitely be back next year."

"This is a great house! It was very clean on arrival. The beach access is close, a very short walk on a wooden walkway, no streets to cross, excellent for kids! The beach was very quiet with plenty of room to spread out. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in it daily. Great ocean views from the top level of the house as well. The owner was very responsive and even had a new umbrella delivered for the pool area when we discovered it was broken. We all agreed we would love to stay here again in the future!"

New outdoor furniture on deck and pool area. Kitchen stocked beyond expectations. Super clean and well maintained. Attractive, comfortable and delightful place to be. We have been going to the OBX for decades and this house is definitely in our top 3 of all time. Thanks to the owners that give this home the time and attention to make it great!!!!"
