"Great location! Beach is an easy short walk on a paved path the whole way. Pool is nice and had lots of pool toys, several beach chairs also. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Loved that there was actual grass for our dogs and thoughtful hook for leashes, very pet friendly. One complaint is the doors that are used to “hide the washer and dryer”. Not user friendly as all although they look nice. You have to slide door all the way to right, remove clean laundry and try to then slide the door all the way left to put clothes into dryer. Hard to explain but if you stay here you will understand. Bathrooms are dated but clean! Pine Island is a great community."
"CLEAN!!! This was the cleanest vaca rental we have ever rented. Love all the games and outdoor activities for the kids. Wonderful, well kept pool. Location is amazing. We’ve rented several pine island homes in recent years. We love the neighborhood And this was the best home yet."
