We opted for early check in on Saturday and the home was ready earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise and allowed us to enjoy an extra half day at the beach! "This is a great house. Perfect layout. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything is well maintained. We had 9 people in the house, from 2 years to 93 years old. All enjoyed it. The location, equidistant to Duck and the Corolla area made it perfect. The bike trail to Duck was an added bonus."

"This was a perfect house for our us. We had a total of 9 people, spanning 4 generations from 1 year to a 92 year old. All loved it, even the 92 year old who told us exactly how many stairs were on the walkway to the beach. Layout is great and, as others have mentioned, the kitchen is very well equipped. The beach chairs and toys were a nice touch. With two children under the age of 4 in the group, we also really appreciated the high chair and booster seat. The location is great, the views were outstanding. We have already booked for next year. Thank you!"

"We've been coming to Corolla for over 10 years and this house was our favorite by far. The 2 seating areas on the top floor was the favorite - beautiful sound and sunset views on one side and amazing ocean and sunrise views from the other. The kitchen is very well stocked and the house and furniture are all in good shape. The internet worked very well for everyone in the house."

Layout on the second floor was a little odd as we are used to all masters being on the ocean side. We really struggled with the spiderwebs and midges on this trip. The house could use a little updating but the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and everything you could need."
