Updates for Low Key in 2026 include - Bathrooms: All 6 bathrooms are being refreshed, with the main 4 receiving a luxurious renovation and makeover featuring imported quartzite counters and sinks, fine Turkish tiles courtesy of Architessa, and all new Kohler faucets and showerheads. All bathrooms have brand new Kohler toilets, new mirrors and for the 2 ensuite rooms, a larger shower area on the 3rd floor and a new tub on the 2nd floor. Outdoors: The swimming pool and Level 3 deck will be refurbished. Entertainment & Connectivity: 5 new Samsung TVS will ensure a beautiful picture and ease of accessing all streaming platforms, with Bose Ultra Arc speakers in the living room for enhanced family entertainment. Wi-Fi mesh extenders will ensure ample connectivity (if needed!) for all guests. Other Enhancements: Fresh paint in the kitchen and around the fireplace will give Low Key and even more luxurious feel, as will the 9 new ceiling fans in guest bedrooms and common areas. New LED lighting throughout the house will make for a softer, gentler feel. A new bunkbed in the kids’ room and new rugs on the bottom level ensure a comfortable experience for all.
