"As soon as I pulled in I wanted to book again for the following year. It’s hard not to fall in love when you first walk up to that second floor and see that view. The theater was so amazing that I wanted to give it split custody of me with the pool and beach. My family made a couple of meals in that kitchen and I’m sure it has to be one of the top in Obx . It seemed like everywhere we turned there was a fridge or ice maker. So many conveniences and luxuries in the house that it made me regret making any plans that took me away from it. Twiddy was also quick to respond if I had any questions . I can’t thank the owner enough for all that they share with their guests ."

"The main feature is that home is just that it feels so warm and safe, and loved. The third-deck kitchen and living area are so beautiful, and the huge windows make the ocean feel like part of the decor is absolutely stunning; when you walk into the house on the second floor, the ocean greats you like a family member; it takes your breath away. Every room feels like a suit and unique, and each guest feels like a VIP. We loved the pool deck that overlooks the dunes and makes you feel like you are on the beach. The beach service is fantastic, and at night, the theater room feels like an actual luxurious movie theater. We love all the features and the house."

"This is one of the most perfectly designed and beautifully appointed houses in OBX. The third-floor open plan--living room, dining area and huge kitchen--makes it easy for 20 guests to gather in one space. Two huge refrigerators, two high-quality ice makers, two ovens, two dishwashers, a coffee bar and place settings for 20+ people make meals easy. (There are large refrigerators on each of the three floors.) The second floor is a more intimate space that overlooks the pool and is a great place to quietly read or watch t.v. There are actually several places for quiet in the house, like the ocean-facing or bay-facing porches on the second and third floors. The swimming pool is distinctive because it is set *above the dunes* and offers unobstructed views of the ocean. All of the ten bedrooms are spacious and have nicely designed bathrooms, so every room feels special. The owners clearly care about the experience of their guests. The house is immaculately clean with almost no signs of wear and tear."

"Special thanks to the owners for accommodating our last-minute request to rent this home. We were absolutely blown away. The online photos and video, although great, just don’t do this home justice. When you first walk up from the bottom floor to the second floor and see the ocean views…AH-MA-ZING! The home was so well thought out and so well appointed with all the luxuries you’ll need. The kitchen would delight any cook. And the showers, especially the bottom floor and top floor King Suites, were just fabulous! My family has been renting homes in Corolla for several years and this is by far the best house we’ve rented. We definitely look forward to another visit to Ain’t Misbehavin’."

"First, we absolutely love this house. This was our third year and we have booked next year already. The second level pool and the beach cabana service are worth it alone, not to mention loads of room, a killer kitchen, etc. That being said, it could be time for some TLC. Some appliances were not working, or sort of working. The pool filter didn't really filter, so with the midge infestation, the pool needed some daily skimming to remove the Midge carnage. The dyers kept erroring out and stopping. Little things like that. Nothing was a show stopper and didn't take away from our wonderful vacation. And certainly not the fault of anyone about the midges. Twiddy warned us about them, which was thoughtful as well. It was a site to see for sure, thankfully they weren't down at the beach and since they provide the cabana service with cornhole, blender, ice chest, etc. hanging at the beach all day is a breeze. Oh and the pie's and wine that greeted our arrival, is the best!! A little TLC will go a long way for next years season. See ya next year!"

"If you are looking for the perfect spot for a large family reunion then look no further. This house has it all. 8 king beds with private bathrooms. 2 6-bunk rooms for all the kids. An amazing 2nd level pool that gives you beach views. Plenty of deck space including a large screened in porch on the sound side for great sunset views (and protection from midges when they are around!). A very spacious and well equipped kitchen making large meal prep a breeze. Ice makers galore to keep your coolers chilled. The beach cabana service is amazing. You get a 10x10 tent, cooler of ice, blender, bluetooth stereo and 6 chairs set up every morning (certain weeks only) making that awkward hands full of beach stuff trek to the beach absolete. The location is prime. It is in an area where there is only 1 strip of houses on the beach side so the beach feels like your own private oasis in the sand. We had 24 people in this house and it never felt claustrophobic. I would recommend this house to anyone!"

"We booked our stay for next year before we even left this year! Amazing property with everything VERY well thought out. Having the pool and hot tub elevated over the dunes was fantastic. Plenty of room to spread out for everyone. A few small issues, but they were addressed quickly by the staff at Twiddy. Highly recommend this place for your vacation or event!"
