"The house is very spacious and well decorated. It is fully stocked with kitchen needs like pots, pans, utensils, glassware, etc. The commercial ice machine is a nice amenity to have. The option to heat the pool was key especially in April (not all houses have a heated pool). The sound system in the home is impressive."

"It’s such a great home for family gatherings. There are so many hideaway spots for getting together and catching up conversations. In all our years of traveling to the OBX, Story House has by far exceeded our expectations; the kitchen is amply stocked with everything needed, from multiple large pots to gadgets galore. "We have been staying at the Outer Banks for 9 years now. We found Story House in 2019 and reserved it for 2020 for our 50th wedding anniversary. We will be reserving it for the following years as a gift to ourselves. There are so many small conversation areas that it was perfect for our children and their children to reconnect with each other. We always prayed for our children to remain close, and now the younger cousins. Story House is the perfect home to help achieve that. ❤️"
