The new deck was great and although the AC unit was broken on the upstairs for our first few days they came and replaced it halfway through our trip and it worked great. This was also one of the nicer ground levels with multiple outdoor showers that we have rented."

"We've rented Loon a Sea for 8 straight years for a week (and sometimes 2!). It's a favorite for location, comfort, size, amenities, and is just a really special place for the three families that had made it an annual tradition. In fact, my son's birthday always falls during our beach week, and this year he noted he plans to keep renting it even when he's an adult (he just turned 9). The pool was upgraded/refinished a couple of years ago and this year we noticed the new decks and railings. We just love it!"
