"We spent the week with our 4 married children and 10 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for everyone. The layout was terrific. The kids loved the pool. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The upgrades from last year were very much appreciated, The deck, washer and dryers, hot water heater, and more. The living room looks small, but some sat at the card table and others on the upper level. I also loved enjoying my morning coffee and having my quiet time on the deck. This house really accommodates a big family .We all loved how close the house was to the beach. Thank you to the owners for the books and board games.Thank you so much for providing such a great house for families, like our's, to gather and make memories."

"This is a beautiful home my whole family loved. We finally found the perfect house! The proximity to the beach is great, the house is large and spacious. We never felt like we were cramped. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any home we’ve ever rented. This is our 5th year coming to the OBX for family vacation. The beds are so comfortable. We loved the ocean view from the top deck and had a blast in the pool. This place is truly a gem."

"Our married children and grandchildren loved this house. The location to the beach is wonderful. There are two ovens, two dishwashers, two washing machines, pool, hot tub, pool table, basketball hoop, a table to play games. The living room is small but provides ample seating. There is an upper level where some sat and still enjoyed the television. I had voiced concern about the safety of the deck, for our grandchildren, after reading reviews. The floor of the deck has been replaced with Trex decking. It's perfect! Thank you to the owners for providing a great home for a big family to gather."
