"Elevator was great, especially for move-in and out, and with older guests. House had all features we needed including pool table, TV room, plenty of Bars and bathrooms, kitchenware, home pool/ hot tub / grill + community pool and Pball/tennis courts. However, tennis and Pball courts could be upgraded."

"Loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. Also it was great that there was no carpeting, all hard floors. Easy to keep clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach access was very close too. We did have an issue with the dishwasher and the maintenance person couldn’t repair it, parts needed to be ordered. Couldn’t use the top rack. Not fun washing dishes for 3 days."
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, you experienced an issue with the four year old dishwasher. We work hard to maintain the property, and to resolve issues as quickly as possible when they occur.

"The home is beautiful and it has everything we needed. The elevator is an awesome feature to have. All the shower heads had amazing water pressure and the beds did not squeak like I have read in a previous review. The pool was a perfect size for all of us and the pool water heater made it even more enjoyable. Sonos speaker system was awesome to use, specially at the pool. It was one of the best homes we have stayed in. Right in the middle between Harris Teeter and Food lion. Made buying groceries easy and quick. Thank you so much."
"We all really liked the house. Clean and nice. All the amenities you could ask for. Sonos for the pool speakers was a great touch. However if I could give the owner once suggestion. The beds and I mean, all the beds were so squeaky."

"The house was well equipped with convenience items for the kitchens and bedrooms. It was laid out to accommodate multiple families comfortably and had a large gathering space on the main floor. The main floor also had large windows which let in a ton of natural light. The speakers on the main floor and roku-enabled TVs throughout the home worked well"
