We hope you fall in love with this place just like we did the first time we walked through the door. The top level brings the ocean right to you with sweeping views from the living room, screened-in porch, south balcony and the primary king suite, which features its own private deck. From the screened-in porch, enjoy views of the Currituck Lighthouse, stunning sunsets, or even fireworks on the 4th of July.
Settle into the cozy living area to play a game by the window, pick up a good book or simply watch the waves roll in. There are quiet corners throughout the home to gather or sneak off for some personal time. The main living area also includes a gas fireplace (available October–April), a fully stocked kitchen, a coffee station and plenty of seating: a large dining table, a smaller dining table and ample counter space. The primary bedroom on this level is a private retreat with a king-size bed, oceanfront deck and an en-suite bath. Wake up to sunrises and the sound of the waves just outside your door.
The middle level offers three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One queen room and bunk room share a hall bath. All rooms except the bunk room open directly onto the deck. The entry hall here doubles as an additional remote workspace. The deck spans the full length of the house, overlooking the pool with breathtaking ocean views. Enjoy a meal at the round picnic table or relax in one of the two hammock swings or walk directly to the beach from this level.
The bottom level is all about fun and family time! It has a large family/game room with a pool table, foosball table, flat screen TV, mini kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, a surf-themed bunk room (2 Duo bunk sets), laundry, half bath, and full bath plus exits to the pool area.
Outside, unwind with ample seating, shaded spots and a high-top bar area or play a game of ping pong. The lower outside area has plenty of seating to sit around the pool or relax out of the sun. The beach is just steps away, with chairs provided for your convenience. Shells are plentiful during peaceful morning walks. Rinse off after the beach in one of the two outdoor showers and cook out using either our Weber propane or charcoal grill.
