The great room on the top level has plenty of room for everyone to gather and features a Sonos sound system, complete with kitchen and great room zones, that connects to the 50-inch TV for an excellent movie watching experience. The kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals for a crowd. The laid back vibe continues into the bedrooms with cheery beach decor and bright furnishings.

Conveniently located in the Crown Point community, which offers community pool and tennis courts, this home is just minutes from the heart of Corolla. "Home location on the beach was beautiful and the home was in good shape and well stocked. However the community pool was out of service and we were not informed, and the grounds for the neighborhood seem to be lacking in care significantly since our last stay."

"We had a really nice week at Stayin' by the Sea. The house was well cleaned and organized, especially the kitchen. Loved the view of the ocean & the hot tub. Master bedroom mattress is really comfortable. The layout is a little different, probably because the house is right near the public beach access. So there is no stairway to get from the outdoor shower up to the deck or from the deck to the ocean walkway. We figured this is for security reasons. Overall, a good location - we walked to the bagel shop for coffee in the morning & could walk to the Food Lion. Also nice being near the Lighthouse & old town Corolla."
