"The location was excellent and the view of the sound from the dining and living rooms and pool area was gorgeous! Easy walk to beach, but the trolley was convenient when we didn’t want to walk. Also an easy walk to the park, Whalehead Club and lighthouse, etc. The kids enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room for our family of 10. We had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We rented umbrellas and chairs for the week which was a huge convenience."
"Our soundfront home had beautiful views of the sound! We went paddle boarding in the morning. The sunsets were amazing. We even saw eagles in the trees right outside the house. The house fit all our needs and was one of the most well cared for homes that we’ve stayed in. It has the best king master we’ve had in 23 years."
"Location and having the kitchen and a master bedroom on the first level with a ramp. Great place for a mix of mature/elderly and young family. Layout of property upstairs and down stairs is unique in a fun way and worked perfectly for our family. Lovely pool area. We had an extra special visitors this year, adult bald eagle parents with a Juvenile, believed to be 1 year old. The family should still be there when we return next summer."
"This home was extremely clean and comfortable. The photos do not show the bathrooms but they were very nice. The main level suite was amazing. The entire home was updated and nicely furnished. This was our first stay on the sound side. It was beautiful and serene with awesome sunset views. Beach access was easy although there is not a lot of parking at the beach complex. We took the trolley or we did a drop off. It is an easy walk to the beach from the house. The beach complex is really nice. The community makes everything convenient. We used to stay across the street away from the beach but I now love the sound!"
