Questions & Answers
My family stayed in this home years ago and loved the location. I notice there are no photos of the bathrooms. How long ago were they updated?
Thank you for your interest in K337, Karen! The bathrooms at this home were renovated within the last 3-4 years.

is the green space (grassy lawn area) behind the pool area that has two benches( towards the edge facing the sound) part of this property...Wondering if that would be a private spot for sunset views:). Thanks!
Excellent question, Sophie! K337 sits beside the Corolla Light community trail. While you will have spectacular sunset views, this area is open to the public.

Can you go crabbing at the dock of this house?
Kim, you are welcome to go crabbing. Guests are required to have a NC fishing license if using devices such as crabpots or fishing rods. However, if you are just using chicken and a string to catch crabs you would not need a license.

Is fishing allowed in the fishing pond? If so, how far is it from the windrush property K337
Great question, Doris! Although there are ponds in the Corolla Light Community, there are no fish in them. Please keep in mind, any fishing that you do, will require a fishing license. More information on obtaining a license can be found here, www.twiddy.com/activities/fishing/.

Are bicycles available at the house for use?
Good morning Marjorie! Items such as bicycles and baby equipment are considered specialty items and not advertised amenities. As a result we do not require owners to provide them nor do we take inventory of what may be in the home upon arrival. We are happy to recommend some local resources in our area who rent daily as well as weekly should you choose not to bring those things with you. Please give us a call if you would like their contact information to make arrangements.

Hello Marjorie, every Twiddy home is guaranteed to have at least one television and DVD player in the living room. K337 currently provides a TV in the level 2 great room, the level 2 breakfast/TV room, and each bedroom.

Do the trees block much of the view or keep the pool mostly in the shade for the day?
The pool area is surrounded by a couple of mature trees offering shade and privacy from the neighbors. As a result at times during the day there will be shade over portions of the pool area. Picture #18 in the slideshow gives you a visual to reference.
