Step inside and feel right at home in the inviting and thoughtfully designed living spaces. The bright and airy great room on the top level is perfect for gathering with loved ones. Relax in the living area, which features plush seating and a gas fireplace for use during the chillier months of the year. The ship’s watch is arranged for conversing, whether over coffee or while playing a hand of cards in the evening. The home’s elevator makes unpacking luggage and groceries a breeze. Whip up delicious meals or snacks in the fully stocked kitchen, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and seating at the kitchen island or dining table. Outside on the deck, kick back and relax with your favorite beverage, or opt for a restorative soak in the bubbling hot tub.
On the top floor, you’ll find one ensuite bedroom, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. There are four ensuite bedrooms on the middle level, each with a private bathroom and access to the covered decks, which feature a variety of seating options. The home’s final ensuite is on the ground floor and includes a private bathroom. Half bathrooms are conveniently located on the first and third floors.
The den on the middle floor serves as an additional living area, equipped with a TV and a beverage refrigerator. Many fun evenings will be had around the pool table in the rec room. There’s no need to run upstairs for a drink refill, as there is a wet bar with a refrigerator conveniently located in the rec room.
Outside, cool off with a refreshing dip in the private pool or soak up the sun poolside. In addition to the amenities provided at the home, the Corolla Light community has an impressive catalog of amenities to choose from. The Oceanfront Complex offers multiple pools, beach access, a clubhouse, a playground, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and a volleyball court. The Sports Center includes an indoor heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a gym, and more. Other amenities within the community include a soundside pool, nature trails, tennis, and pickleball courts. During the summer, Corolla Light offers a trolley that runs throughout the community to transport you to and from the beach, community pool, fitness center, and more. The nearest trolley stop to this home is approximately 50 feet from the front door.
