"The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and loved having two refrigerators and two dishwashers. It would be nice to have a dust pan and broom to sweep the floors Some of the furniture in the top Master Bedroom needs replaced. The dining room sliding glass door needs fixed so it opens up and closes easier. We loved the house and already booked for next year."

"This house is awesome! In the 20 years we have been coming to OBX this is the first time we rented the same home twice, it’s just that nice! We are huge into surf fishing and the convenience of the private walkway made carrying everything to the beach at the crack of dawn easy. The home has all the bells and whistles and the view from the decks is fantastic. I just wish the pool light (inside the pool) worked, it makes it much easier to see the kids when they swim at night to make sure everyone is safe. We called Twiddy but they could not help us."
"We have vacationed here for several years. The convenience of being on the water with all our young children was the best. Outdoor shower at the pool gate and exterior shower and toilet were a help. The house itself was great. No major issues at all. We will be staying in that same area again for sure. Prob not the same house as we go every other year. Loved the gated community."
