Enjoy the ultimate family vacation at “Avra” on the Outer Banks! Located directly on the oceanfront, this impressive beachfront home is perfect for your stay. Featuring light-filled spaces and striking decor, this unique home encourages you to take a break from the ordinary, relax, and have some fun.
The great room on the top floor of the home features a wall of ocean-facing windows, to allow the gorgeous ocean view to fill the room. The spacious living area is comfortably furnished and perfect for conversing with loved ones. For the chillier times of the year, a gas fireplace is available to warm you up. The cooks in your group will adore the kitchen, with its six burner gas stove, two dishwashers, pantry, and kitchen island with seating. Enjoy family meals with a backdrop of the beautiful view of the ocean. Outside on the deck, sip your morning coffee while watching a stunning sunrise over the ocean. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
On the middle level of the home, you’ll find two additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of the master bedrooms has access to the deck. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second floor, and one of the bedrooms has access to the deck. The sitting area on the second floor is the perfect place to curl up with a good book.
The final two bedrooms can be found on the ground floor of the home. A full bathroom and a half bathroom are also located on the bottom level. The den on the ground floor will surely be the fun place to hang out in the evenings. Gather around the pool table or simply kick back and relax. There is a refrigerator nearby so refreshments can be readily available. In the garage, you’ll find an additional rec room with foosball and a bar with a beverage refrigerator for easy access to cold drinks. Laundry facilities are also available on the ground floor.
Outside, fun in the sun is on your vacation agenda. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool, or enjoy a short stroll along the beach walkway to get your toes in the sand. After dark, head over to the hot tub for a restorative soak. Located in the gated community of Buck Island, tennis courts, a community pool, and basketball courts are also available for use There are sidewalks that run throughout the neighborhood, convenient for walking to shopping, dining, and attractions in Corolla, which are located very close by. Make treasured family vacation memories at “Avra” on the Outer Banks! Level 1 now has an additional Queen En-suite and an adjoining office room, as well as a large screen tv atrium room.
