"Loved the improvements the owner made to Sea Forever this year. This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this property. We have been coming to OBX since the early 90's and have never stayed in the same house the following year - so that's saying something. House is in a perfect location, with wonderful views from the top deck of the beach. Plenty of horses come to visit. See you next year! Beach Bonanza"
"We thought the home was very well appointed, especially in the area of kitchen supplies. The location on the beach was also quite appealing with lots of wide space in which to spread out and set up our daily camp. We wish we had cracked the code on being able to turn the dune deck lights on and off at will, but they seemed to have a mind of their own. All in all a great visit and a nice house that many in our party are considering coming back to."

"Appreciated that the home had finally been given a deep cleaning. Last year it was extremely dusty and large clumps of dust could be removed from the ceiling fans, HVAC closet door across from the washing machines. The additional seating on all outdoor deck levels was to have for our larger group. Good amount of beach chairs available for use. water filtration system was a great upgrade."

"What a nice spring break! Sea Forever was a perfect choice for our group of 3 families. It had an ample space for everyone, many bedrooms and areas for the kids and adults to hang out. It provided all we needed to make our stay pleasant and radiated the cozy feeling of home. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool and easy access to the beach. The views of the morning sunrise over the ocean and the evening sunset, the beach, the wild horses visits and pelicans flying over our heads were just amazing! We are taking home a lot of fond memories from this magical place. We hope to come back and stay at Sea Forever again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"the Ocean Front view is outstanding, the Kitchen is very nicely laid out to accomadate several people in the kitchen at one time - the Blackstone was a very nice amenity - we used it for most of our meals to cook on. Multiple TV's to satisfy all the kids that we had with us. Overall a very lovely home."
