"Very comfortable home. Wife so happy with all the pots and pans and gadgets, storage and leftover containers. Not sure if the homeowner supplied the beach chairs or if previous guests left them, but was a great surprise. We always enjoy the wild horses, even had them on the walkway to the beach one morning. Beautiful and well maintained walkway to beach. Although the kiddie pool was out of commission, the children loved the big pool. Great, great home. Looks smaller than the other houses, but that is very deceiving. Home was perfect for our family, and there is a lot of us."

"Things we loved: it was nice and quiet inside (bedrooms were well laid-out), the pool (side placement) was in the sun all day, the beach walkway, ample seating for meals. Things we didn’t love: the dishwasher really never got anything clean so we hand-washed everything, laundry on the basement level, hard to spend time in the lower level because of a strong smell (musty or a cat?) and too many spiders down there, and the kitchen was minimally stocked with pots/pans/cooking tools. If we come back we will know to bring cookie sheets, a whisk, storage containers for food leftovers, a hand mixer—there were 4 beaters but no mixer—and things we just assumed would be there from our prior experience in other rentals over the past 10 years. Pro-tip also: do not leave doors open while moving in—we set off every smoke alarm because of the humidity, had to have a service call. Felt bad that we didn’t know that, but now we do so maybe someone else will avoid a similar mess."
We're so glad there were things you loved about the house and we're sorry there were some things that needed attention. The kitchen was fully stocked at the beginning of the season so it sounds like some things walked away over a couple months. They will certainly be restocked before the 2022 season!

"Our group loved staying in It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere. The house was clean, the pool was large, maintenance arrived halfway through the week for the pool and hot tub and was so charming. We hope to stay in your home again in the future. I would highly recommend. Loved our stay in this home, it was even better than the pictures appeared! All the best."
