"The house was nice and we loved the location. There were issues with the pool all week though. Some screens were ripped in the windows, so we couldn’t open them. I also wish the owner had notified us that construction was going on next door. We had to listen to hammering all week, which was annoying. I would still recommend the house because of the location, but there is some maintenance that it needs. Twiddy was very responsive, which was amazing."

"The house itself was great. The issues we had were with the pool heater and pump not working properly. I think there was a lack of communication with Twiddy and the second pool contractor. We explained to twiddy we left the lower slider open for them to access the electrical panel. We turned the breakers off so the pump wouldn’t blow up due to lack of water. The first pool contractor was happy we did but the second made it sound like we were wrong. Btw we left today and the water level went down again like it did for us."
