"Cardiff by the sea was well decorated and had a great floor plan. There are some outdoor maintenance items but they had little affect on our stay. Our week’s weather turned out to be cool and rainy and the home provided a very nice indoor activities…games, puzzles, and pool table."

"This home is wonderful! The pictures do not do it justice! It could use some updates. And the cleaning crew could be a bit more thorough, but overall everything was very nice. It is a little bit of a hike to get over the dune, we ended up buying a parking pass for the beach and driving our truck onto the beach every day. There is no boardwalk to get over the dune from this house, just sand. The private pool and hot tub were SO NICE to have! All bedrooms and bathrooms were as expected, the perfect layout for us. Just FYI, the den is more like a second living room. I was thinking we could have used it as an extra bedroom, but it is out in the open set up like a living room on the middle floor. Luckily we weren't counting on having to use it as a bedroom. Washer and dryer work very well. The bottom level could use a nice cleaning, maybe get rid of the carpet as there is sand packed into it. It's impossible to not bring sand into the bottom level. The outdoor showers were a nice feature after getting home from the beach. Our elevator stopped working on the first day but Twiddy was very quick to send someone to repair it. We were able to use it on our last day to take everything to the bottom floor. I would definitely stay in this house again and would recommend it to anyone!"
